Hi Marg. 2 months is a great achievement, well done.
I felt tired and out of sorts for the first couple of months, it really does take time for your body to adjust to not having smoke put into it every hour. It will start to get better soon.
Hi Marg, firstly well done on 2 months!! I agree with the others in that it just takes a little time for your body to adjust and this may manifest in tiredness or ither physical symptoms. It is also the time of year too maybe, the cold dark nights get me down anyway!!
Good luck and stay strong xx
hope today is a better day for you
Ahh bless you Marg sorry to hear that your struggling atm
but it will get better honest
i watched a programme about chocolate the other day which im sure was sponsered by a chocolate hate group
as
apparantly just thinking about chocolate and looking at pics of chocolate has the same effect on our brain
well thats what the results of the scan said when this woman had one done
personally the yummmy smell
the texture as you pop it into your mouth and feeling it melt
mmmmmm
that does it for me
so im not listening
sticks fingers in my ears and singing at the top of my voice
la la la
la la la
LAAAAA
its abit like cake you can never have enought cake
and these pics dont lie
Hi Marg,
Am in my 2nd month too and am still really tired in the evenings, have been going to sleep on the sofa a lot with it in the evenings!! I think it's because of my body getting used to not having the stimulant and it's probably working hard clearing out all the c*** I put into it over the years I smoked as well
It's going to be worth it in the end!!
