Yes jess you have come so far, do something else to take your mind of it and stick to NOPE. Tomorrow will be a better day

Jess week 6/7 are killers for me...sleep it out if you can, don't even entertain it. You've done so well so far...

have a nice camomile tea and go to bed early if you can...my thoughts are with you. :)

Good advice Buttercup :) . Jess stick with it, remember quitting was what you chose to do, and for really good reasons... I saw this yesterday, if you scroll down a wee bit it tells you to ask yourself some questions when you want to smoke...it might help, maybe...

Or, hot chocolate and a film (I'm making hot choc now - I'm so damn suggestible!) Love and strength Jess xx

I find weekends a bit harder - especially if the teenmonster's out and the other half's not around. But every weekend we get through just makes us stronger jess, we can do this!

Yep, can't agree more. An early bed time., I do it. It's a safe place and the day after these bad ones are always better. When you've come through it and realise how much you ROCK

Horrible for you, it's like Custer's last stand :( I'm finding it helpful that we have some long term quitters here, and I'd heed their advice :) all the best Jess and hopefully tomorrow morning you'll feel better x
