Yeah I was the same today, seen a few smokers - you can smell them a mile away lol but I just thought ewwww smells horrible. I was in no way inclined to have a ciggie.
I've seen smokers in passing...but I've not actually had anyone smoke in my company yet?! I know from past quits my downfall is always when I've had a drink...I think ill basically have to just take it easy for the next few weeks. Most of my friends smoke you see!!!
I have just realised that a nice smell that has been following me about is me moisturiser i have been useing.
Oh that's fab, and it fits with your name on here too!!
Have to say that since I quit I've *really* noticed the smell of smoke on people's clothes and it's just horrible isn't it?
Not a nice thought that we used to smell like that
Lol, and another saving I've made is I don't use so much body spray and perfume 'cos I can actually smell it properly and I'm not squirting myself after a fag to "cover up" the smell on my clothes and hair - like it ever did
OOps just had a massive crave so what did I do............
2 slices of bread butter and soft spreading cheese.
Will have to find some healthy snacks that are tasty.
One good thing is that I dont have to stand out side at work now and keep eye open for boss passing. He didnt mind me smoking but I always felt very guilty and went back in and popped a mint in my mouth to freshen my breath if he came in. I used to get some strange looks from people driving past.

I've been using celery. I don't like it that much, but its fresh, it's cruchy and feels substantial, it fills you up and it's said to take more calories to digest than it actualy provides.
