Cravings jump into mind when i am least expecting them.
Who was it said they were eating pinball chewy sweets?
I have been out and brought a packet, sooo nice that i can't stop eating them so not a good idea. Think i will have to stick to plain sweets that I can suck.
Thought i would come in here earlier today as finding it a little harder.
At least i dont have to go outside in the cold anymore, I can stay in my warmish office.

Not feeling to bad, just a few cravings. I think the more you think about them the worse they are so have to think of something else fast.
Really hopeing
that I will soon be able to stop my strong pain killers as they are the only thing that stops my night time cough.
I don' t cough during the day but as soon as I go to bed my throat itches and I start coughing and also start dribbling (not nice) does anybody else have the same thing? All from smoking
How about raising your pillows up a little (add an extra one)
Hopefully it's just a little fluid/gunk clearing itself out.
We've had a few discussions on "the cough", some get it and some don't. Did you have it before you quit?
It's also recommended to take a quick trip to the docs if it lasts longer than a month. Worth it to put your mind at rest
That's if you can get a doctors appointment within a month these days!
When I first quit I felt an unbelievable loss.
It really is like a death in the family! .... how bad is that?
It's also really common to feel like that.....a so called "friend" has left your side.....give it a couple of weeks and you'll see he was certainly no friend!
Have had this cough for ages. It did go away when I stopped smoking once before so hopeing it will again. I do know that one of my blood pressure tablets can cause it as well, might mention it to doc on next check up.
Hopeing blood pressure may go down as well.
Off to bed now and when I wake up it will be day 4

Off to have a cuppa.
I have a pretty bad ex-smoker's cough
Think I picked up a mild(ish) chest infection too, which I think is pretty common so the two together aren't nice!!
It will get better though, and I don't know about you, but for me it's a reminder of what my smoking has done to me and not to have another fag!
