Been ok ish most of day but have had a real desire to smoke this evening.
Have been drinking lots of squash with ice as a substitute.
Needed to go out and do some shopping earlier, shut eyes to cig kiosk.
I saw that one of other posters had been eating some sweets to take edge off off smoking (think it was here LOL) saw them in Tesco and have brought some as well, something nice just for me.
Have decided that when i get a bad crave I will think of how disgusting they would taste now
I have been coughing a little today, just a clear the throat sort of cough and assume this is the start of clearing out the gunk. Chest also feels tight and achy accasionally.
