Well done on getting to day 3 - I wish you a nice easy one
victory
busy day, long road trip. was a hard day again. Even stood outside with my Sister as she smoked and manage to not ask for one. would've already saved $20 plus. Decided today to 1. tell the wife that I was quitting and 2. buy myself a reward
good for you - and its good to test yourself if your feeling strong x
Where are you at BR?
Just trying to get my head round the time difference
Well done not asking your sister so soon after quitting.
Hope your good lady is proud of you
Stay strong
Greg
I'm in Australia Nifty, but I'm counting my new days from the last cigarette time so a new smoke free day starts at 8pm. About 17hrs into day 4 now!!!
Oh, and I bought a whole pile of fittings for me garden hoses.:D
lostie
Wow you really do treat yourself Lostie
Well done Brad, 4 days is great, will soon be a week
I'm just awake early. Flowers are lovely, I used to do that occasionally when I'd stopped previously, they are such a treat as I'd never get them normally, and not smoking means you get the full benefit!! I treated myself to a few body shop stuff last week too - I do think it's important every now and then to reward yourself for your achievement!
I can understand the hose fitting related excitement! The way metal fittings slip/lock together so easily, and come apart quickly too..........There is something satisfying about it! :o
