Well done. Yes just take it an hour a minute at a time, whatever it takes just dont give in. Keep reading and reading and posting. You wont regret making the best decision of your life!
soon you will have done your second day and then the third day will be done. These are the worst days in my opinion. Get through them and you will get through them all.
Could not agree with HAZE more mate. Take it by minute by minute if you have to. You will surprised that something else will fill your thoughts and and all of a sudden its day 3. I am not much further along the road than yourself (day 7) and there is Gladi8tor and Clarky on Day 8, so please keep posting both the good times and the bad and we will be there with support and encouragement. Together we all can do this. All the best.

That's it BR
Exercise your "right not to smoke"
Someone in work, who had quit previously, told me this ages ago....and it sort of rang a bell with me......
thanks heaps guys. Another 6hrs to make 48hrs. Today has been hard. Starting to try and convince myself of little schemes like "just buy a pack, leave it at work and have one a day to ease yourself into not smoking" the clarity I had this morning has up and left. I just keep tellng myself "day 3, just make it to day 3"
thats how my last quit failed, i had a stash at work that i forgot about then came across and instead of giving itto the girls (far too expensive to bin) i smoked em  i was a numpty
please keep posting and use us to lean on and dont quit your quit xxxxxxx
I too am thinking up schemes like "if I just try one I will probably not like it and then I will be stronger in my resolve"
Cant believe I am playing mind games with myself, I have this little gremlin and it keeps nudging me saying one wont hurt, go on you dont really want to stop, you liked smoking etc etc
