Won't pretend its been easy an I could still kill for a cig sometimes.:mad:

But I won't give in, been told the first year is like this, abit of a rollercoaster, oh well only another. 274 days to go

I started feeling really after about the 8-month mark. The remaining 4 months just whizzed by, and now I'm at 21 months I never think about smoking any more. It feels like I never smoked, despite 30 years at 20-60 a day!
