Hello all...

I don't post alot, but been here since day one of my quit which was Jan 14th 2012... So It will be 7 months for me on the 14th of August 2012..

I feel great!! Breathing much better, smelling much better!! Also I don't get the heartburn in my chest and throat anymore. My Teeth are white, I can smell and taste better. And I don't have to hide my right hand from fear that someone will spot the old yellow finger!!! I have had stressful moments in my life since quiting (Like everyone) But have come through them, In fact I feel less stressed now than when I was smoking.

Hope everyone is staying strong!!! Take care, Lance.
