It's been two years since I last tried this, but I'm back at day 1, ready to try again. Having had a browse through the forum, it's really nice to see some of the old names I used to know still around (KitKat72, Jase, Marg to name but 3) and I'm really looking forward to reconnecting with all of you as I begin this journey once more.
Those who know me already, or think they might, please please drop me a message and say hello, I'd love to hear from you.
Those who don't, you can message me too, I'd love to hear from new people too
Good Luck all!
Rob

well done on deciding to quit again it takes alot of courage to make that decision most of the people on this forum have tried many times to quit for good but then been tempted back with that voice telling them
that one wont hurt
we tend to get complacement the further along our quit thinking that we cant get hooked again
but sadly it does happen
you just have to look at it as experience and move on into this quit and keep in mind that we are recovering addicts and always have to be on our guard
i just read the new quitters threads to give me that short sharp reminder that i need of what it was like to go through those early days
i look forward to seeing your progress on your quit
