Another week, another room. Month 1 rounding out, less than a week left. I seem to be angry about not getting coffee soon enough in the morning and little else now. Stoked to be movoing on up the forum! So very proud of everyone making the decision not to smoke today. Cleaned out the garage, and those ashtrays from the winter parties smelt very rank. Cheers everyone, stay strong. If you see my wife, appologize for my behaviour recently ;P.

Today seems like a no smoking day, so I proclaim myself to do as such. Unfortunately it also seems like another reason to eat terribly delicous foods and push working out back again. I have really got to get a hold on things. Hopefully within a week or so. Lol, I know not smoking is the important thing right now... It is just a bit of a damper on my mood to not be trying to fix my weight also. I should probably give a start date.. Perhaps one month quit. Three cheers for everyone not smoking today, we are all doing a wonderful job! I'll see you at the buffet...

I'm not going to smoke today either. Just doing whatever it takes to stay smoke free. That's the most important thing for now.
Not goimng to smoke today... Don't really want to do anything else either. In a slump right now, with no reason for being so. Breathe easy everyone.
