smoke free holiday!

Just been on holiday with friends who smoke, friends who i love smoking with, loved smoking with. i had a few moments where i could have easily have given in and said **** it why not, im on holiday, i deserve one, but i didnt. i loved not smoking and just really getting into the experience of not smoking during another previously heavy smoking fest. Both myself and my friends are really proud and pleased it makes continuing not to smoke so desirable. keep on moving folks its so much better than choking and paying for it dearly.

Freedom is awesome. and breathing is just so necessary.

That is great Mash. I recently posted that I am worried about holidays. I think I would find it hard? Did it spoil your holiday not being able to have one? I know that must sound like a strange question but I think ok I might be able to hold out and not have one, but would I feel like I was missing out and not enjoy myself? I will have to get over this I know. Maybe I should book something and get it over and done with. I dont want to sound negative to any new quitters but it is a trigger that I think about a lot. Most of the time I dont even think about smoking until I think about booking a holiday. Sorry to go on but I wonder if anyone has any ideas? Ineed to get over this

Haze.. not smoking didnt spoil my holiday at all, quite the opposite, smoking would have spoiled it and i would now be suicidallly depressed . i made a coomitment to go on holiday with my new no smoking self and we had a ball, get it over with and remember that u dont smoke.

I haven't been on holiday but have been away for a couple of weekends.

I was really stressing about it before I went but in the end it was a breeze.
