Oh dear

I've just been to buy an inhalator and met a friend. He was telling me that when he had been stopped for 8 weeks he phoned his wife from George's Square with tears streaming down his cheeks to tell her he couldn't do it. He's been stopped for 7 YEARS now and never misses it.

I'm going to keep on doing this whatever happens.

Stories like that are what give us strength to keep going. Congratulate your friend for me...

I wasn't too sure whether I should post that or not.

I'm practicing with the inhalator. I keep looking for the ashtray so it must be doing something. Anything that gets rid of the panicky feelings will do for me.

We can do this Una! You are doing so great! Day R and tears just below the surface over here. Must be worth doing in the end! I hope you have a wonderful clean air day!
