8th Day

Nearly through day 8. Not having any problems so far. I can hardly believe I did this so easily.

Went to my group tonight and it's very encouraging to meet so many people who are coping well with it. I'm looking forward to next week's meeting.

Thanks everyone.

Wasn't such a good day today. Day 11. I kept wanting a cigarette all day. Took me quite a few hours to discover that the patch had fallen off. Remedied that so back on track

You poor little lamb cake. And all it was was a fallen off patch. Well done on getting through patchless day 11 Una. No doubt you'll not make the same mistake on day 12

I'll make sure I check the patch at the first twinge. At least there's no harm done.

Well done Una. When I used patches before I would sometimes forget to put one on or would leave it stuck to the sheets when I got up. Would feel ok till I realised it was missing then be desperate for a ciggie :eek: Says a lot does that :rolleyes:
