I am not joking lol, this is going to be my advert in the dating mag. I need to start excericising and like yesterday....can I just add that I am writing this whilst stuffing a caramel wafer in my fat gob, I have a cheek to drink diet coke hee hee.
Right, I am cutting down as of Monday, new working week new start. Do you think I should do it myself or join a fat club.....

I know how you feel i have 4 days off work now and I am going to the gym and swimming. I have lots of jobs to do to keep me busy. Got to lose some of this weight. I know I feel hungrier since I quit so it is hard.
I've been quit over a year, and I wouldn't dare tell you how much weight I have gained. It's really time for me to get up off my fat *rse and exercise. Funnily I saw someone mention couch to 5k a couple of days after my girlfriend announced she was going to follow that program... and I should really follow suit. Now I just need to get started

Join the group "Until the pants fit" on here if you like. We're attempting to motivate one another to lose weight. Not working so far, but you gotta try innit!

This is no laughing matter! Although comforting at first, almost endearing, it's just not funny any more .. but chocolate tastes sooooo good. What can we do? :cool:
