If you are not counting 14th March you are now in Day 11

The clocks go forward at 1am which means you will get to Day 12 quicker.

Just to clarify for you.

If you are not counting 14th March, your 11th Day is Sunday 25th which we are now in.

Your 12th Day will be Monday 26th and because the clocks go forward 1 hour then you will reach 26th quicker.
