Hi Gary, good to see you're still doing great

As I'm a day behind you, your stats have given me great pleasure in thinking I only have 60 odd days left to reach the halfway house. If we've got this far another two months should be a doddle! Onwards and upwards. I think I am slowly realising now that I have quit for good and I can do this.

Incidentally, am I the only NRT'er still going from Sep ?? Be interesting to review quit methods at this stage, see what's worked best in general.

actually if im honest you would probably bounce off my 1 and half stone extra weight and shortcut to penthouse lol but you know what i mean.
