I totally get where you are coming from Zoe, what I don't understand is why anyone would want to upset other members by being confrontational and putting others down, when, in the great scheme of the world we are all trying to achieve the same goal. Maybe it's because they are not as confident as they'd have us to believe :eek:

Still alive.

Had a few wobbles over Christmas (had a couple of fags) and I am not going back to Day 1 as too many valuable lessons have been learned.

My personal disappointment is more than that from anyone else and I'm safely back on the bus now, and have been for a few days.

I don't think a couple of fags should make you go back to Day 1 either - not after 4 months. After that length of time you would not be a real Day 1 quitter, you won't have withdrawals after 4 months like you get on Day 1, and you will find you are a WHOLE lot stronger, and when you reach one year, will it really matter that you had a couple of fags at Christmas?? Of course not. So fair play to you and well done
