....and the list goes on. Without a shadow of a doubt it has been the hardest thing I have ever done in my life.

The support from this forum is great and the November 2011 Quitters (N.O.P.E'rs) is brilliant....

For those of you that are coming up behind you can do this and one of the phrases that I use repeatedly when I'm struggling is.....

'if smoking really does reduce stress, your friends who smoke would be the most chilled out people you know!!!!' (are they?!) :eek:
