day 30 is here my last day in here. my new e liquid arrived so no excuse to go back to smoking . no real cravings for a smoke this morning. my smokers cough i used to have has gone . seem to of missed a day thought i was in month 2 today. oh well . good luck and keep it up to all who stumble across this post.
