day 28

hi everybody now on day 28. only two days until the month is up. seems like much longer although very little in the way me cravings . the e cigarette is costing me about a pound a day so is not costing me nearly as much as smoking was. just hope when it is time to cut back on the nicotine it does not give me too many problems. have a nice day .

Yes it seems like so long ago but only just over the month for me. When you think in terms of, we have been quit for 1/12th of a year it's quite a long time though!

Go go pfaber Well done, I am so proud of all of us. Shame there isn't a Week 4 room cos it is a bit annoying having to stand outside till we can enter the Month 2 room Hope it doesn't rain....
