That'll teach me to experiment...

Quiting using 24hr patches..terrible dreams on the 21mg ones so I dropped to the 14mg ones, ok, not so bad but still disturbed sleep.

So last night I decided to rip off my patch in bed before going to sleep to see if this made a difference to my sleep patterns.

What could possibly go wrong?.......

I proceded to have intensely vivid dreams about chain smoking and justifying it to my mates all night long. Horrendous!

When I eventually woke up this morning I was convinced that I had started smoking again, realized it was only dreams but still was tempted beyond belief to cadge on of my sons roll ups.

I'm ok now I think, but will definitely not be experimenting on myself. Ha!

Oliver.
