Day 25

Not been on the forum much over the past few days as I've been out and about helping some friends move house. Always an enjoyable task!

The quit continues without challenge and I look forward to moving up to the month forums in just a few days time (working on a 4 week month and not a calendar month)

Again it has become evident how much easier I can cope and recover from getting out of breath.

Still have a slightly funky nose/throat thing going on but it does seem to be getting better very slowy...will be keeping a close eye on it this week, if it hasn't shifted by early next week then I'll have to go get checked out.

Not much else to report really!
