I really had a wonderful day and great weekend I am back to work today, I am only sorry that I didn't have time to post here...

Quiting smoking was one of the best things I've done and I find some new benefit almost every day

This was really special mark for me since I've never managed to not smoke for so long and I said to myself that if I manage that it means its for as long as I live.

So next time I am smoking is maybe a couple of years after I die
