thank you for your replies, today has been a really good day hardly thought about smoking at all today Compared to last week where i paced the room and burst into tears every few mins haha, iv seen from other posts though that it isnt all plain sailing from here and that there will still be bad days but im feeling very positive today!!

Great to hear you are coping so far, and that things are already feeling a bit easier. It's good that you are reading a lot too, as it is very important to understand what other people have been through, what to expect, and especially to realize that there are many many successes to be shared here on NSD.

It is a little quiet at the moment due to summer hols, but rest assured there are still people around who have gone through the same experience as yourself, and we are all here to help as best as we can.
