I never thought I'd make it into my 3rd month without smoking. I am feeling well and happy and have loads more energy than I used to. Me and my grownup daughters have just taken on a new allotment so I've been doing some heavy work digging and shifting. I did two seven mile walks last week too.
The downside is that I still get the urge to go out and have a rollup several times a day. Especially when I'm sitting on the allotment and dreaming of how it's going to look when we've finished designing it.
Onwards and upwards....

its good taking up a new hobby after quitting definately puts u on the road to success
i am 6 months on and still get a tiny crave two or three times aday but it is easily dealt with now
yours must be easier to defeat now just tell your crave u are enjoying your new allotment energy filled life to mush to spoil it with a stinky poisonous cancer stick
think about it most of us took years and years [24 years for me] to train ourselves to smoke in every situation and for every emotion so we have to expect little niggles like this 3 and six months down the line but the difference is we are strong now and can beat it
