Day 10 today and I didn't have any lozenges yesterday, didn't even think about one which I think is pretty amazing. Although tomorrow night I'll be having a few beers and I'm sure the lozenges will be getting a paid a few visits over the course of the evening

Well done Blondie! As I'm a day behind you it's quite nice reading your posts as it's almost like a sneak peak of what's in store today. I know every quit is different but I'm a slave to trends so yours shall be my inspiration.

Seriously, it's good reading posts of someone just in front of you, I find it really helps to compare each day. So don't worry, if anything comes up in my quit I'll give you plenty of notice to prepare you so that you aren't blind sighted
