So, I'm into day 3, and today I'm having a real shocker! Day 1 and 2 were easy, but today I just seem to be so angry. I'm not having many cravings, but I just feel angry and stressed in work!
I know having a puff won't solve anything, and won't make me feel better!
AAARRRGHHHH!!!

hang in there mate, youve done well to get this far so just keep going and it will be worth it. Your body is healing and it will thank you for quitting. Are you using NRT or anything?
It gets easier, after 72 hours the nicotine is gone, if you can I would forget about the NRT becasue after that time you only have to deal with the physc cravings. The first few days are def the worst but I prmise oyu it gets a lot easier to deal with.
To all day 3ers - well done for getting this far, you really are over the worst of it ! ! !
For the first 2/3 weeks at work I drank gallons on water, it kept my mind occupied and my hands busy during the early days, it also helped flush out my system so was a healthy thing to do anyway.
I think we all get a little grouchy, make a point of stepping back and silent mental counting or deep breaths, your colleagues will have sympathy for what you're going through but their sympathy only goes so far.
day 3 and i havnt killed anyone no cravings just short tempered . i beleive smoking makes us avoid conflict we smoke instead and now iv stopped whhhooooa so many unargued arguments wanting to be heard, Mashx
