Day 3

Onto day 3. And so much for my secret stopping smoking...husband clocked my patch and I let slip at work. Been ok so far, finding evenings the hardest but proud that I'm resisting.

Am still eating for Britain but thats ok, could do wth putting on half a stone or so. My son's bringing back a friend for tea. Will be good not having to sneak out into the garden for a quick one.

Anyone else on day 3?

Well done with your quit, just about to start day 3 here (again!) and feeling pretty good so far.
