Day 3

Well I haven't post in a while due to I was smoking and I didn't post on day 1 cause I wanted to make sure I was ready for this. But here I am on day 3, which I have 1/2 a patch on that is the 7mm which I think it's mainly for security but whatever it takes to get me threw this. Cravings haven't been to bad I just try to think of something else super fast and also taking anxiety pills to help relax me. Seem to have a different mind set this time and I am excited. Also, started to do some exercises and eating good to keep the weight gain down.

So, wish me luck AGAIN!
