Woohoo, Ive made 100 days! really cant believe it, never thought I would get this far. Feel really fit now, my cough has cleared up and really looking forward to my 10k in June, Im gunna blitz round! haha, good luck fellow quiters!

I'm still waiting for that energy burst and that 'healthy' feeling! So far I don't feel any of the health benefits at all.

No Ive ran a few a couple of years ago but none since then, Im doing a 5k every saturday morning and got my time down to around 26 mins so if I can beat 50 mins in June ill be happy, bit more work to go to get there though.
