Hey hey day 13 and my last post in the 2 week section. 
I am moving onto the 3 week section tomorrow, so I will try and make my final post here both amusing and informative.
Now the last 2 weeks have been a series of highs and lows, 1st making the decision to quit, then the feeling of wanting to harm a smoker a steal his fags through to the joy of realising I have been nicotine free for 2 weeks!!
So my advice - take it or not - is to simply enjoy the process and stay strong in the face of adversity and before you know it you will be nearer achieving your goal than you thought possible!!! One day at a time!!
Now enough serious stuff, I know you have all come to expect some worldly insight when you read a post from me, so here it is...................
