Hi Nicki, well done on 8 months smoke free, knew you would do it and not long and up into the Penthouse you will go, sorry I missed the day but good wishes any way.

From now on in the craves will get lighter and lighter in fact most days you will not think about and sometimes its a suprise when you realise that it hasnt crossed your mind so keep smelling sweet and staying clear of thit at all, thoose little monsters will just be a passing memory x

Thanks to all of you. It's a long road, but I do think it is easier now. Still get the odd cravings now and again, but nothing I can't handle.

Can't believe I have actually got to 8 months...and not even one slip up....I can't undo all this hard work I have done...as I could probably never do it again!!
