I have quit now for 4 days - cold turkey - best decision I have ever made. Today has been really bad could easily have started again 2 or 3 times.

I remember my days 4 and 5 being reeeeally hard too... don't know why. I'll tell you what tho, making it through those days without smoking proved to me I can do anything!

A whopping big pat on the back for knowing that you can feel the urge but not give in to it, I want say that its easy as You and I know it’s not but time does make it easier most definitely or there wouldn’t be so many of us on here would there, and the penthouse wouldn’t have had to be extended to fit all those in that have passed the year milestone would it.

So onwards and upwards and if you need a helping hand there are many on here that will generously give you one, which makes this forum a great place to be in your quit.

You never have to be lonely or afraid while you can access the internet.
