I am coping well today, feel a bit odd though.

Emotional, fragile and generaly just a bit low

I don't feel this about smoking no love lost there at all,

is it events, end of the over hyped being too enthusiastic for xmas come down? I don't know just a bit unlike myself today.

i reckon we all had good and bad days when we were smoking so you have to expect to have good and bad days when not smoking

but heres the clincher did smoking ever make the bad days go away? I dont think it did.

i often heard myself say "i smoked cos this <enter bad thing> happened" but after i had a cigarette the bad thing had still happened and i didnt feel any better about it.

smoking is shite and its in our past - and its gonna stay there
