Hi all

Well I dragged myself kicking and screaming here! Time doesn't seem to drag quite so much further into my quit - being poorly has been the pits though, although the cough I've got is blooming awful - reckon I would have ended up in A&E if I was still smoking with an asthma attack! Bleurgh.......

How's everyone else??

There seem to be so many flu like bugs going roung at the moment, i am so glad i am not smoking, it would be terrible!!

I am good thanks, got over my blip and am back stronger than ever! Blinkin' nicodemon thinks he can get me this late into my quit? NOT A CHANCE!!
