Well here I am 22 days in to my quit

I have an appointment with the smoking nurse

today at 2.15 to get my second stage of patches

and to see how I'm doing can't actually wait.

Not because she is gorgeous"but she is:)"

Because I want to tell the world how good

it is to be a non smoker
