Just thought i'd let you all know- i am out tonight, the first night out since my quit (i have canccelled my other nights out due to fear of ruining my quit)...i havent even got out the door yet and i already feel the need for a ciggie :mad:.

Hey Captain Crunch, you could set up your own group like we are doing :). Feel free to hang around our thread though, as when i was early into my quit it helped to read further on to see what i should expect and put things into place to help me :D.

Thanks Claire. I might hang around here as a 'guest' :D. I certainly find reading the experiences of more advanced quitters very helpful and encouraging.

I'm not sure but we might have Claire lol I've only made a few posts though as I am not the most vocal forum poster....more of a lurker and reader usually LOL

And yup, already joined the group

Oh and to answer also, I'm doing really good, I've been very surprised at myself for how easy it seems to have been for my quit, makes me feel a bit guilty sometimes ... I always thought I would go through dreadful agonies to stop smoking
