I try and drink 2 litres at least. That doesn't include tea etc. Are you sleeping at night.

Hi Nicki

Think I average about 1.5 litres a day - can't seem to drink more than that as I end up really bloated - it probably isn't enough though. My tiredness comes in waves although I've been shattered for about 2 weeks now - blame this glorious weather :)

Yep, zonked out when I go to bed...and am reasonably ok during the day...just the evenings...

Drink tea/coffee during the day...but not really any water...which is probably my downfall (as I sit here typing it and realising the truth)!!

Hi Babe think you might be being hit by the weather same as me this is first time in quit when I have felt so tired want to nod off through the day and go bed early at night but then wake on and off so get tireder, I hope that it shifts for you soon as its not nice, I also put it down to the drug being completely out of the system and I do have more energy though which seems to be a contridiction in its self but then I flag LOL so feel knackered then.

There's always white wine spritzers :D

Started taking bottled water to work and try to stick with that during the day - dash of ribena makes it a bit more interesting!

Water makes a big difference but tbh diet is just as important, i eat 'basic' food and feel great, the secong i eat normal food i've lost me edge. When i say basic i mean - simple like, fruit fresh and dried and healthy nut bars, soup if i have to. I get loads of energy and don't get hungry, it's amazing. Yet something like bread, pasta or meat......i feel ...:( like a slump. So yes diet and water will help you. I'm becoming a bit of a health freek :p

I don't drink enough plain water either, know I should but find it hard to do. Would much rather have a cup of coffee :( Jamangie has a link about water in her signature which did actually prompt me to drink more & it was VERY hot anyway. The bit about drinking chilled water to help raise metabolism to burn fat was a major push I admit. Also the bit about drinking it to stave of dehydration, if you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. Good point!!

Anyway have been drinking loads more, feeling better & enjoying it in this hot weather. Just need to kepp it up which is something I am struggling with in lots of areas. Why do I find it so hard to make a life change but eventually slip into old ways

Anyway, I digress. Water IS good for you lol :D

The water is not close to zero, which causes the solidified water ice to float above the surface, which enables aquatic organisms that are still living below or at the bottom.

What the hell are you talking about???

Mmmm...not sure I'll ever get to the stage when I'm loving it...but have just finished bottle 3 - only 2 more to go!!!

I find it quite hard to drink so much....I am ok with tea/coffee...but water on top of that is damn hard work!!

I know the feeling, I am a confirmed coffe drinker but read a link in Jamangies sig which said that chilled water speeds up your metabolism thus helping to lose weight. I always knew you should drink more water if on a diet but didn't know why. That made all the difference to me & as it has been so hot am happy drinking it especially if it melts my fat away in the process :D

It is a bit of a nuisance having to go to the loo all the time, Oh to be a man they just go anywhere.....dirty so and so's! But if you keep drinking that water after a while your energy will soar and your skin will be soft and supple, I can vouch for that I had awful spots after quitting, all gone now! Bowt 2 litres a day if you can and keep taking your vitamins.........
