it is such a great feeling -and well done you

keep sat nav on and head for the penthouse .

I still look at my quit board in kitchen[full of all sorts -quotes and pics and advice-and drivel too] and cant believe I am still smoke free .

be so proud -and start counting up the quit fund ;)x
