12 weeks for me

Just checked my quit keeper and it appears that I am 12 weeks quit :eek: that's 3 lunar months or is that loony months ?? can't believe I've made it really - the past month has been a hard slog but here I am

And a big congratulations to my quit buddy Alberto for reaching his 12 weeks yesterday :cool:

Hi Pookie I am so glad you have reached a brilliant milestone which is what 12 weeks is, I know how hard the last month has been for you but you are about to start reaping the rewards of your quit and things will start to get easier I promise, I do think that I had my worst times in Month 3 but into Month 4 it was as if I had arrived and really was becoming a none smoker at last.

You are a committed quitter I’m sure so keep on travelling on the smoke free road and you too will soon arrive, take care and a couple more days and you will be in Month 4 celebrating your head off, a quarter of a year

please treat yourself to something lovely this weekend. I think we forget how much money we squandered :mad: and it gets forgotten about.
