Hi All,

Just checking in to let you know i am at 18 weeks today .. slowly but surely sailing towards the five month mark! It seems to be getting easier at last ... no complacency though as it would still be easy as excepting a cup of tea to have one but the thoughts aren't always there now which makes the journey more bearable.

Well done us .. we are the real deal .. keep up the good work all.

Hi Jodie how true is that, sometimes it is as if I have never quit, I eat a meal or have a cuppa and bang I think I will have a cig and then I remember, oh its so sad sometimes and I feel as if I am missing something realy important like choccy, grrr I miss the choccy more I can tell you

You are doing great 18 weeks is a good milestone trying to work out in my head how many weeks I am on LOL oh never mind u will as you say be 5 months very soon so a huge congratulations to you xx
