For the ones that remember me. i am 18 months quit today and feeling great best thing I ever done. Not one single puff no nick for 1 year 6 month I cant believe it me a 40+ a day fag ash lil. Brilliant Linda. I remember when I used to look at your stats and wish I could get to where you are, you were around 3 weeks ahead of me, at the beginning that was a long way off.

Thank you all very much for your lovely words. I been trying to quit since no smoking day 2007 thats why I have been a member so long and seen alot of members come and go I can tell you.Lol But This id the one I never thought I would win this fight but I have so what Im saying is stick with it you do come out of the tunnel the other end. xxxxx

Just popped in here, as I do about once a month and saw this. I had to reply and say well done as I remember you and Nicfirth were the first two to answer my first thread. You set me off on my quit - I am very nearly at 18 months - and very grateful to this forum for everyone's help.
