I can't blame your family for spoiling you though!! a year free from smoking.. thats a massive .. massive achievement. All those times where you probably tried to quit .. but didn't make it stick.. and now you finally crack it! Well done!

Keep this going now, we may have made a mistake by starting in the first place, but now we are free, we can do our utmost to keep it that way.
