Missed my 200 day milestone!!

Hi guys

Well I've been so busy not smoking - or even not really thinking about it - that I've missed my 200 day milestone. In a way I'm really pleased about that. Those cigs must be getting further and further away!

Checked my Quit Counter and its 203 days. Unbelievably, I've not smoked 5692 cigs! Thats is just mind blowing to me - thinking of putting all that smoke and poison into my body!

I hope everyone is doing well.

5692 fags? That's a montain & a half, doesn't bear thinking about does it. Smoking them I mean, imagining them in a pile not smoked does

Its a really good sign that you've forgot your 200 day marker.. 2 centuries!!!

You smoked a tad few more tha my 20 a day habit, so you've certainly avoided smoking a heck of a lot of ciggies there.. i thought i was doing well with 5000+ but have you ever thought of all those cigarettes if they were in one big pile in front of you?

A serious amount of habit right there.. thank god we are free of that eh!!!!!

Your post just made me go and check, and it turns out my 200 day milestone was a couple of days back as well. Totally missed it too.
