Morning Everyone

Went out for a few drinks last night and found it difficult watching everyone outside the pub smoking ! So came home and went to bed early !! what a bundle of fun Good luck to all and stay smoke free...

Well done for not caving in Stuart. Drinking & not smoking is my hardest challenge I must admit. It's doable though Just another situation we have to get used to & break the tie between the activity & smoking.

Good for you! I stayed away from pubs/drinking for months! Well done for overcoming it! It will get easier.
