feelin rubbish tonite

hi there all,hope u are all doing well.

just letting everyone know im coming to the end of day 2 still smoke free.

but feelin worse,and feelin a bit low today,dont know why,still wanting a cig desperately.think oh well thats me done moaning.think i mite go to bed and get some sleep, nite all.

oh sorry you are feeling like that if its any help i went to bed last night wanting a cig got up wanting one but still havent so hang on in there you can if i can just think how well you've done and how bad you might feel if you gave in to that demon you are bigger and better than that

just hang in there it does get better and as Neddy say's you're better than any demon and stronger
