Day 10 and still smoke free. I have been lost without the computer and it had only been 24 hrs. I need it so I can keep coming here and reading inspirational stories. Anyway, it's fixed now. I really felt like I wanted a cig yesterday but didn't cave in. Am feeling the health benefits of stopping a lot now.

Well done Wendyann 10 days is great and we're behind you all the way.

Just be on your guard because that nicodemon will tell you you can have one and then go back to your quit.

He's lying through his teeth, don't believe him, tell him to go bug someone else that smokes because you don't.

Well done on 10 days and dont be afraid of Jacks Nicodemon He cannot make you smoke he will try but he is only a shadow of his former self after 10 days.

And also he is not your friend because what they also fail to tell is that its his reputation that allows him to bully you and nothing more.

You see mine wants you to think he is very timid and can't hurt you. He's also very persuasive and wants you to be his friend. Just like my ex wife!!!!
