I've been here before and I only lasted 5 1/2 hours without a cigarette. I've tried hypnosis and I'm going to quit tonight. I don't want to breathe toxic fumes into my lungs anymore.
I want to be free of the nicotine cravings.
I'm quitting cold turkey again as nicotine replacements just seem to make me want a cigarette more or have no effect. I know that some people are really helped by them but I don't find that they suit me.
Wish me luck on my second attempt with help from the quit smoking forum.
