...5 Hours

22 minutes

59 Seconds

634 cigarettes not smoked and £186 saved (extracting £3.15).

Well it seems my moment of weakness and close shave the other day has done the trick. Don't really think about smoking at all now other than when I come on here (for nice reasons though!).

It seems there was some definite good in the doom that nearly took over!

Happy Thursday Evening

Mart

Hi Mart and good evening, so you sound really mellow this evening. I hope you are really proud of what you have achieved, because you should be. Not only are you a none smoker you have helped many people around here become/stay none smokers too. Your help, advice and (it has to be said) silliness helps many around here, including me.

Well done, stay strong, and keep making me giggle.

36 Days now Mart, well done for getting past those tricky moments. Keep up the good humour, stay relaxed and enjoy.

Looking forward to getting to month 1 myself, not long now, see you soon!

Lorraine :)
